Do you provide bedding and towels or do I need to bring my own?

Bedding and towels, along with tea towels and bathmats are provided for you.

When will I receive the check-in details?

The check-in details will be sent via email 24 hours before your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is before 10am.

Do you allow pets?

We don’t currently allow any pets in our carriages.

Where do I put the rubbish?

There are 2 dustbins outside each carriage - Black - General Waste, Green - Recycling.

Do you have Wifi?

Wifi is provided in all carriages.

Do the carriages have heating?

All carriages have ample heating inside.
